Modified asphalt waterproofing membrane for roads and bridges is a high temperature resistant and shear resistant waterproofing membrane for roads and bridges, which is made of thermoplastic elastomer (SBS), random polypropylene or random polyolefin (APP) plastic modified asphalt as the dipping material, polyester felt as the base, and fine sand or polyethylene film as the isolation material on both sides.
● The product has high tensile strength, large elongation, and has tensile dependence on asphalt concrete cracks;
Resistant to salt and alkali and chemical media corrosion, and aging resistance;
● It has excellent bonding performance and high-temperature shear resistance, can withstand high-temperature rolling construction when paving hot asphalt concrete, and can effectively transmit and withstand traffic loads;
● The coil can be constructed by cold bonding or hot melting.
Transportation and storage:
● During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sun and rain, pay attention to ventilation, and stay away from fire sources.
● The storage temperature should not be higher than 45℃. The stacking height of the coil should not exceed five layers when stored flat, and single-layer stacking when stored vertically.
● Prevent tilting or horizontal pressure during transportation, and cover with cloth if necessary.
1. The product is mainly used for waterproofing the surface of roads and bridges with cement concrete as the surface layer. It can also be used for waterproofing asphalt concrete pavements, airport runway reflective joints, parking lot roofs and other engineering waterproofing with dynamic loads;
2. SBS and APPⅠ modified asphalt waterproofing membranes are mainly used for paving of spread asphalt concrete;
3. APPⅡ modified asphalt waterproofing membranes are mainly used for paving of poured asphalt concrete mixtures.
